Shark Fishing

The waters surrounding Panama City offer some excellent shark fishing. The majority of the sharks are either Bull, Hammerhead, or Blacktip. The Blacktips usually range between 40 & 80 lbs. are very fun on light tackle. The Bullsharks are large and very aggressive and fish upto 300 lbs are not uncommon. The Hammerheads are probably the largest of our sharks with fish as large as 12 feet and 800 lbs. All shark trips are run during daylight hours and all fish are released unharmned.
